Extraordinary service on October 29^th

This is to let you know how much I appreciated the extraordinary service your company provided to me after I moved out of my apartment at Manor Rd in Alexandria, Virginia…your two ladies arrived at 12:00 noon on Monday, October 29^th. When I went by the next morning on my way to work I was so pleased with the results. The apartment was cleaner than when I move in seven years ago!. I had told them not to worry about getting the bathroom sparkling due to the fact that the apartments are 50+ years old. The tub is probably the original tub and the floor and tile in the bathroom have seen more than their share of wear and tear and water damage over the years. The refrigerator, inside and out, looks like a new one and the wooden floors and kitchen floor looked great! The kitchen cabinets, inside and out, the stove and ove, windows and windowsills were expertly cleaned as well. It was such a relief to not have to spend houors myself cleaning my old place and I couldn’t have gotten the same results.

By hiring Maxi Maids, I was able to return my odl cable TV box that afternoon and ge the essentials unpcked at my new place in order to get ready to return to work the next day. The exit inspection by the Lloyd Apartments building engineer on November 1^st yielded “ no problems” so I expect to get my refunded deposit back as well.
